That's exactly the warning I got, but across the centre of the screen, then I bumped me out of S.C. altogether. Happy it's gone now. :top:

@cabmonk - congratulations. Well done, keep up the good work.
Just think, 1 lb. at a time. Now, try & pick up 20 lbs. of butter - a lot of fat you didn't need.

Way go cabmonk!! Keep up awesome job your doing.. take care yourself
Also I wasn't at Mcdonald's to eat lol. I was just waiting for the next bus and grabbed a pop. I did buy some flax seeds so now to figure out the best way to use it.
Congrats on dropping some weight cab!! About the flax seeds, remember 2 things. They will make your bowels move so eat sparingly, also our bodies cannot digest whole flax seeds, you need to grind/or crush them, otherwise you won't get the goodness from them, they will just " flush " right out of you.
Best of luck!!
Morning Fam.
Busy day.
Have a good one.
Good morning every1.
I hope you have a great day.

Quick good morning!
Mammogram day...yuck!
I will absolutely require a peanut buster parfait, hold the chocolate, double the caramel, for lunch after that, for primarily because I will deserve it after that.
On the upside, it's NFL DRAFT DAY!!!!! We're ordering Chinese because the redcarpet strut starts at 6pm, so no time for cookng, I will have my tissues and wine beside me, this is MY oscar night !:cheer2::blob9:
@cabmonk, you need to grind up those flax seeds because like Walks posted, we can't digest them whole. DH and I used to have it on the table in a shaker (dollar store with the larger openings) and we'd just shake it on everything since it has no flavour. I wonder why we stopped doing that?
Okay, I'm gone....have a great day, everyone!!
Good morning everyone, I hope U have a marvelous Thursday!
Great progress Cabbie, U sure are a big boy!:lolsign:Attachment 329729

Well I'm also 6'2" so when most people see me they don't believe me sometimes if I tell them my weight. Also thanks about the advice for the flax seeds. The package I bought was ground flax seeds. ;)
