Aw thank you for thinking of me, Cabbie....we had a few minutes of hail that quickly dusapoeared...it was 22 here tiday, then high winds, big rolling thunder, all gone in about a 1/2 hour, then sunshine!Two Chinese take-out places lost power, but the second one was on reserve power, so we were fine.OMG, if we lost power on NFL draft day?! Lynn the like button is often not there if you posted something around the same time someone else did. If you refresh it usually shows up..
Hope everyone survived that storm without damage. It was pretty wild here but not for very long.
Today was a bit of a write-off for me. My cleaning helper came for some extra time and now the balcony is beautiful. I was in so much pain with my foot that I spent most of the afternoon in bed.I did clean out one of the cupboards and turfed crackers, etc. that had expired long ago.
I did make supper and did some laundry so I guess some things did get accomplished.
Cabmonk, I am so impressed with your accomplishment! I encourage you to keep going but make sure you celebrate your achievement in a non-caloric way, preferably. Maybe take a ride around town with that buspass you got! Enjoy the ride- my husband always used to say.

Lol yeah I often take the bus to walmart and just walk around. ;) Or if I go to the mall it's for 1 can of pop just to sit there for 30 mins enjoying the 1 pop. Hope everyone has a good night. :)
