Good morning folks! First morning since the dreaded root canal was performed on Tuesday that I am having NO pain. Finally I can ditch those awful codeine pain pills.
Now I still can't chew on that side, or touch the area very forcefully, but I'll take the reprieve from the mind numbing aching that had followed Tuesday mornings dental nightmare.
( Nightmare for me, the dentist was just fine....hrmph! )
Oy! Ukraine! How can this be happening in my lifetime? All the war stories my Dad used to ramble on about ( while drunk mostly ) were episodes I considered things from HIS past. Now the reality of what Putin is doing has seeped deep into my brain. I've had to turn off CNN and MSNBC as the coverage is too much to accept for me. It is bloody scary!
@GoJays , much thanks for posting Aqua-man next to Rob Schneider! That kept me chuckling long enough to almost forget about Putin!
Beautiful sunny rays out there, but I have no need to go out so inside I'll remain a window shopper for today.
Don't ya hate it when a Specialist says you need a procedure because it's been so long since the last one and then implies it will be a month or two ( if at all ) to get one booked? :hahaha: Oh..... just me then?
The dirty creep somehow " found me " an open slot for March 9th!! How?? What happened to 1 or 2 months? I needed that cushion of time to psyche myself up to go at all.
I'll have to do what the young crowd is calling " adulting " I guess. Not a fan of being forced or coerced into acceptance.
Oh and @danger_dan yes by all means drink up! The weekend is not that far off.
