DH and I almost ate our frustrations wrt the first Playoff game between the Leafs and the 2 time Stanley Cup Champs, The Lightning.
Can you believe our rotten luck when our power went out right near the start of the 3rd period?!!! Not only were we missing the plays, we missed the huge on ice fight(s) where plenty of blood was spilled.
We had been flipping back and for between the Blue Jays game vs Yankees and the hockey game.
Phooey that the Yanks got their 10th win in a row at our expense. Losing 3-2 in the 9th BUT our Leafs slammed the TB team 5-0 !!
Highlights just aren't satisfying enough for us....grrrr!
