Feels like Friday, why isn't it Friday? Good morning @GoJays , sorry it's not Friday yet.
Today a small grocery shop will probably happen, but it sure is not dire or actually necessary.
This psychological obligation I suffer from is all consuming. :hahaha: I could refer to it as Stock(Home) Syndrome.
You might know someone who suffers too. It's the habit of having way too many groceries in the fridge(s), freezer(s)
and cupboards and the fear of what might happen if you don't.
FOMO on a great sale exasperates this.
When I was growing up ( so long ago, don't ask ) we regularly ran out of stuff. When my Dad's pay day came we could shop again.
Are all these points rewards and credit cards linked to rewards to blame?
Food for thought I guess.

:hahaha:You, @walkonby , are in rare form this morning! DH was just going over his grocery ads as we were chatting about a grocery run. You’re right….we need a few things now, but we do stock up on good sales.
Another beautiful day here! Yesterday the family dropped over for Skippy stuff, GS played chess with DH, and beat him! Then I played Upwords with GS…what a beautiful fall we’re having here!!

Good morning, all!
Well…I don’t want to say anything out loud, but it feels like my cough is gone. Shhhh…’nuff said, I don’t want to jinx it…lol…jk….seems the new meds did the trick and I’ve slept through the night twice now!
What a gorgeous fall we’re having…hardly a surprise…I learned that in a 1st year course…the seasons are shifting! We’re going to have to think of September as a summer month, and April as a winter month…or as transitions, but not the way we remember them. Yah. I passed that course! Lol!
Makes me wish we were at camp…no “transients” as we call them, almost everyone moved out…but the driving….weren’t we supposed to be teleporting by now? It’s the kids’ last weekend.
Nothing on the agenda…transitioning clothes for the season….

@Lynn49 Since I can no longer entertain getting on any rides at the fairs, I vote no to teleporting....ha ha
This crisp air is my JAM! Gosh it feels so good to head out in the early a.m. to sit for the last few times under the gazebo curtains with my java.
I might even have a 2nd cup today!
Nothing to buy today, just have to sit near the front door and " stalk " my Fed Ex driver! He better arrive within that 4 hour window ( 2nd attempt ) .
Someone should tell these delivery people that ringing the doorbell really helps!!

Not much happening in my neck of the woods although ears,nose and throat irritation continues and I'm going through boxes of Kleenex.
Thought I was better but not 100% yet, so not very long on here again today.Should probably have dinner soon as getting ready to nod off..
SIL had emergency gallbladder surgery so it has been quite an "interesting" week.
