As for my relatives in Florida the are all safe . Now the need to clean up the damages that the have from hurricane Milton.
A very happy good morning to all! Off to a decent start this morning...." feeling no pain " as the saying goes. I may even try doing those required stretches and
strengthening exercises in a bit. I have a hair appt. at 3 p.m. just for a trim and I hope I can stroll into the salon without my walker.

Happy Thursday. Will be out trying to get the Kraft deal at FreshCo before there shelves are cleared . Buying 5 Kraft product and save $10. With scene card, going to get some cream cheese and Classico pasta sauce
One of my shopping plans today is FB for the 292 gram Honey Nut Cheerios on sale for $1.98. I hope to grab 10 ( or more ) and drop them in the Food Bank box on the way out.
Passed this on to my sis who is always buying extra items for her Food Bank boxes.
