Or...make this salmon mousse, but pre-bake those cute little phyllo cups and pipe the mousse into it. Add a sprig of dill
Just use a plastic zip bag, clip off a corner and use that to pipe! Easy and yummy AND elegant! :)
Toss the salmon into a blender and mush it all up, add the softened cream cheese and other ingredients, blitz it all together and voila! You're done!
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
