@flemeth, yes, Walks’ surgery was scheduled for 7:45 this morning, I sent a prayer up, also, for her and her surgical team.
I bet she’s all tucked into bed with everyone running around at her beck and call…hahaha. At they’d better be!! 🤗
Update on Walks’ knee replacement: her surgery went well, she’s home of course, but in some discomfort from pain, but I reassured he that it’ll subside into stiffness which will be helped by her physiotherapy sessions. I hope she gets a good one, I found that to be so important.
She attempted to go on their computer a couple of times, but for now, it’s just too much for her.
Shes one tough cookie and I know she’ll get through this beautifully.

@walkonby I am happy to hear that your surgery was a successful and you are doing well. Now I am praying for a speedy recovery. I know your family will be there for you . So take it one day at a time.
I hope you have a speedy recovery.
I was lucky enough to have been able to observe a knee replacement (it was part of my job) and i believe you will be dancing in no time.

Came up to make a cold turkey sammy ( forgot to credit DH for cooking up a whole turkey on Wednesday!? ( :eek: a Butterball!! ) The whole meal, sides and all. :flowers: Bless him.
I sliced open 1 1/2 of the soft buns he had bought. Too bad I finished the half first, tried so hard but had to wrap up the other half of the whole one for later ) This reduced appetite
is a new thing for me.
