@walkonby that makes 2 of us . It was a very special moment for his Dad . Last night my DH and DD nearly throw me out of our living room . I am not a fan of the Tkachuk brothers because I think the play nasty. But I just made a comment that it was nice that he scored since his grandma was there ( I am assuming that’s his grandma) but that goal tied the game . I had 2 angry leafs fan in my living room . Happy that we could have pull off a win in overtime

moment and I also assumed that woman was his Grandmother. I can be happy for opponents. However, my nasty side comes out too and my DH told me
to tone it down when I referred to Brady as the " ugly " Tkachuk brother and said he reminds me of this character from Goonies!



DH said " hey! Brady and Matthews' Mom is a sweetheart and that's her baby! " Oh brother, I felt like a monster!
How about our Leaf's going up 3 games to 0 now? very promising!!!

@walkonby very promising . My physiotherapist is a Senator fan and today I had to rub it into him that we are up 3 games. My family is very hopeful for game 4 . My DD do t want to hear anything negative about the Leafs right now

sniff, sniff......Last night fans watched with such hopefulness as our Leaf's made their entrance and exit to game 4. A sweep? Nope, we tried to play fancy instead of just hitting the PR*CKs every time they touched the puck! It's what they did to us and never got penalized on many of the hits.
No excuses, in game 5 we'll celebrate the series win in our own rink!

I need help with ideas on what to wear to a party that has a 90s theme. I don't remember the 90s lol I need ideas so I can start looking at value village. I googled and it looks like jeans coveralls and bucket hats. I prefer not to show my legs since I'm not a spring chicken. TIA

LOL^^^^ I also remember very little of the 90's because those were the years I handed over my brain to motherhood. There are blank periods in my grey matter between 1987 and well into the 2000's. Imagine if I had given birth to more than 3 kids? @Purdee Good luck finding 90s fashion, maybe someone at the Thrift store could give you ideas.

For the 90's!!!

Alright--so, you can do big wide legged cargo pants with a baby t-shirt--if you don't want to show your arms wear a longer sleeved one under the small tshirt. If you want a dress option--a slip dress with small straps--floral with or without a tshirt under. It's about accessories too--a small backpack purse, small butterfly clips for your hair, too much white highlighter on the brow bone--very tweezed eye brows (do not do this). A velcro wallet on a chain in your pocket--a choker necklace--really shiny wet looking browny nude lips. Coloured lens sunglasses (pink, baby blue or construction worker blades that reflect and obscure your eyes). Clunky shoes (crippled nun shoes my mum would say) or converse, vans (checkerboard) or old school adidas will work--Doc Martens too...If you want to wear flared jeans (low rise) with a tiny tank top and a little shrug sweater--that's an option as well. If you want easy Goodwill: light rinse mom jeans, tshirt that says Cancun or Daytona or Spring Break (ugly colours are a bonus) roll up the sleeves one or two rolls, granny or cowboy boots, leather belt with silver accents and tie a plaid shirt around your waist.
