Thank you!! your point about "Don't be Discouraged!" is well taken, some go smoother than others. For me it is always Resolve that gets boggled up but other rebates have been smooth sailing. Worth the effort.

received a cheque for resolve. $8.96
So far, I have received cheques for air wick, finish and resolve. I dont know what else is left.

Anyone else having a hard time logging into SmartSaver right now? Really irritating!

finally see a change in status online since i mailed it mid-december, but it says they are unable to process my claim bc the upc/product is not valid! WTF. my hair dye had the try-me-free thing on it and i even mailed it to them! this is so disappointing. sigh~ will see what the letter says when it arrives.
luckily i redeemed sdm points for it... but now i wonder if that's the problem.
