Are you guys doing the 2B Mindset or just correcting your approach to food on your own? I'm curious

@Bronwen I had to Google what 2B Mindset was.....I see it is a Beachbody thing.
I did BB many, many years ago when I could still bend my knees and move around much easier than now. ha ha
At this point in my life I am dead set against paying for any weight loss programme period.
The last one I tried was WW in Jan 2016 and that was only because they had finally changed their terrible older system to something that made sense.
That being said, I feel better doing this on my own this time.
I have so many tools at my hands, especially with the internet and the info I can get off of it wrt to calories, nutrition, good/bad foods, tricks to help me be successful, pitfalls to avoid.....
Do you follow 2B Mindset?
Haha I totally get that. It's not for everyone. I don't follow 2B Mindset, it just seemed similar to your guys' outlook! I follow Portion Fix (another concept coming from BB - doesn't count calories just get in your containers for the day).
I do love BB but I'm a very active person and to me the programs work with my lifestyle. I just stream whichever workout I have time for that day between kids and work etc.
You hit the nail on the head - the Internet has such a plethora of info that unless you want a service (ie workout programs) you really shouldn't ever have to pay for that kinda thing!

@walkonby, don't you know what a BUSY person I am, yet you post that bunny video, taking up far too much of my precious time!!!
Hi, all...back from my non-diet haitus....with a 20lb loss, 3lb gain, and now on the road to lose those 3 lbs and more.
So what happened, is that one day I found I was literally having to lean on walls and doorways with dizzy feelings! One time I saw lovely sparkles and everything went black for a split second, and I knew I was in trouble.
I took my BP, which is usually in the range of 130/72 (ish) with the meds I'm on, to find that my bp was 106/64!
Long story short, it's finally regulated again, so no more walking into walls or having sparklies.
This gluten-free thing takes some getting used to, but having already been an avid label-reader, I feel I'm finally getting on top of things and thank goodness so are the food producers. There's now a lot out there to help with this.
So.....whoever is on whatever diet, keep up the good work, we may not win all the battles, but surely we can win the war!
I must remember this:

I decided to revert back to a 10 day cycle again....that is allowing myself 10 days to reach a loss of 2 lbs.....
:hahaha:talk about easing the pressure?
So......day 10 is tomorrow!! Fingers crossed that I made my goal!
I could barely wait........weighed before I ate anything this morning.....lol.....success! Bring on the next 10 days.
awwww shucks you guys!!!

thanks so much....it is getting tougher now to stay really disciplined, so I must celebrate these small successes!
That is a real problem, isn't it @walkonby....we lose 20 lbs, then think..."I'll just have one of these.." or "this won't hurt"...and BOOM!!! We've somehow found 5 of those pounds!! It's so easy to trip-up after successes.
Happy about the 3pk of avocados on sale at No Frills this week. Googled some good meal ideas :)
it's the 20th today, I weigh myself every 10 days.
Lost 1 lb, falling short of the 2 lb target that I had set for myself, but oh so grateful that I was able to bring myself back from the brink.
Had some slip ups that cost me, but I am moving forward just the same.
Good luck to everyone else battling.
