Completed a HARD 5 km climb ride and ended up with my PB on that class. It’s not like I’m at the top of the leaderboard or anything but the steady improvements in the rides is mind blowing. The resistance levels and cadence are always increasing and for that I’m proud.
Closed the ride with a 2.25km cooldown ride and stretching and at bedtime a relaxing meditation to help sleep.
I’m going to do my first ever live class tomorrow with my fave instructor from London :shock:. It’s hard because of the time difference and my work schedule but tomorrow is a weights class. Yay! Can’t wait.
