A new low on the scale this morning. Feeling a little blah but staying on track.
Went for a very early walk by the lake this morning to start the day off right. Even went further then my usual route.
Picked up a few fresh groceries this morning to keep me going.
Trying not to eat till noon so going to relax for a bit and then eat and then get some more steps in.
Dinner is old faithful- Chicken, asparagus and sweet potato.

Morning! Hadn't weighed myself since Wednesday....and since then I have felt like a beach ball (Sometimes being a women is not fair!) but surprisingly the scale has gone down!
Went for a walk this morning. Dinner is planned and mostly ready. It will be a healthy eating day. Plan to get in another walk later this afternoon.

Well another new low on the scale this morning! Even though I have felt extra hungry the past few days and probably ate more then I should have!
Good way to start the weekend. I should be more active since this past week I was dragging (that time of the month!!) and the weather seemed to get crappy once I was done work for the day. Tomorrow will be a great day for a little road trip. Thinking cheap gas and a hike :)

Another new low on the scale this morning! Great way to start off the week.
I just went for a walk down by the water and it was getting pretty warm out by the end.
Of course I was thinking of all the good meals I will make for dinner this week..... But first I need to make my first meal of the day very soon....my tummy is growling! I am still not feeling like an omelette but I think I will boil some eggs for an afternoon snack. Will pack my snack and take an afternoon break down by another lake for another walk. Trying to start my week off right!

Another 2lbs drop this morning!!! Woohoo! I don't get discouraged when it is up a few pounds but last week I was at a new low for a few days so I had a feeling it was going to keep dropping and it did. Guess I am on the right track! So motivated!
I didn't walk much yesterday (just a short walk in the morning) and had a very lazy evening. Today I will be more active while still going out for dinner with my bestie (after we go to the beach- it may be too cold to swim but I will try!) ...But making good choices :)

Another low on the scale this morning......It's been a long week with no change but at least something today.
Was out walking and shopping for 2.5 hours this morning so at least getting my steps in today!

Happy Monday! Another new low on the scale today!! Helps keeping me motivated!
I did get in over 10,000 steps yesterday and plan to make it happen again today.
My meals are simple/ready today so that will give me no excuse to not get out.

Another new low on the scale! And I am officially down 25lbs!!! Wow!
My niece told me I am looking skinny on the weekend...(it's nice when the sarcastic kid notices/says things like this)
I am just happy my yoga pants fit nicely now (pulled a pair off a rack I was going to give away because they didn't fit! Now they are my fav pair. and I do need to go underwear and top shopping soon!
Going away for the night with my sister tonight... we have a Cocktail and Hors d'oeuvres hour before the show but we are planning to go for dinner before this (since it probably will be high calorie/crappy food) So looking forward to not cooking tonight :)
