-great thread to read-I love shoppers have a family of 2 here and its just a few minutes from my house
-I always buy my milk ,bread ,cheese there -hense I always get 10-20 times the points on my milk each week
-I did 3 redemptions last year 2-170's and 1-60,000
-this year I just redeemed 30.00 today or 22,000-yes just watch the sales on the front page ,use coupons still ,I try to shop the 20 times day -I feel it is the best program out there and I do a lot of programs (didn't track what I spent last year but I am sure it was up there )

For the second time (this week and last) I have received only 3 offers for Shoppers I redeemed three times last year and wanted to collect points for a laptop this year but not sure why I am hardly getting any offers......strange.

I say, spend your points as you go.
You don't want to end the year with a bunch of points you HAVE to spend at SDM.
You don't want a situation where you are spending madly (kid in diapers) and then you don't need as much from SDM (out of diapers) yet you've got a huge amount of points and no need for big purchases anymore.
Personally, I think you can get better value electronics elsewhere. Also, the return-to-manufacturer return policy is a big concern for me.

Thanks for starting this thread!!
In 2016 I spent a total of $1250. in SDM Optimimum points alone. I had a bunch of 20x downloadable offers on my card for several 'Friday' offers.
SDM is by FAR my favourite rewards program!!Last edited by hogama; Thu, Jan 19th, 2017 at 02:44 PM.
