Avon: I am sorry for your loss I know its like to loose someone whose dear to your heart especially when they have to go into palliative care! My thoughts go with you and know that his spirit is always with you watching from heaven. Like a guardian angel!
Personally I am finally coming to terms with my dad's Death which was on September 29, 2015. Grief is an ugly monster hiding in the closet that some of us don't like to deal with yet there is lots of things I never realized about him or about myself. That as I am going through now that I can see myself deeply and more close up then ever before.
