Wherever you found the 4.00 coupons should be the stores that have replaced with 2.00 coupons. I found some in Zehrs and GT and maybe FB too.

I wonder if it gives you the option to put a different PayPal email address? I use a different email for apps and stuff than financial just in case they get hacked
