This is a re-post from another forum - not sure which one I should put it in. :S

I came across this site a while back & bookmarked it for further looking into, then I seen a member here say something about using it (SDM forum I think), that seemed to give it credence.

I registered & started inputting my coupons - was taking quite awhile as I'd already had many of mine recorded in a spreadsheet so it was back and forth/back & forth. Then I realize that about 50% of these recorded hadn't taken probably & were missing informtion.

Repeatedly 'edited' incorrect entries yet the program still didn't correct the errors. Went to the Help tab & I THINK I sent several emails asking if there's a prob/or is it something I'm doing wrong. Why I say think is that even after you hit submit, that email query pages never closes - it's like it's never gone anywhere and no pop up that says the usual "Thank you for interest, someone will be getting back to you shortly' kind of message.

This was friday, I've not heard anything. I don't want to keep inputting coupons if it's going to turn out to be a waste of time.

Is there anyone who uses this site?? If so any probs?? Anyone aware of additional sites such as this one??

    Thanks!

I found it took way too much time to keep it up to date.

Sorry don't know anything about that site but just wondering. Why do people email on a fri or sometimes even on sat and expect to hear back over the weekend. Whoever reads their emails over there probably won't even being reading it till at least Monday. I would expect a least a couple business days to hear back. Then if you haven't heard anything by Wednesday, maybe call them if you have a #.

Thanks for the feedback Susie - it does seem somewhat time consuming.

Well cabmok call me impatient lol. Worz's site info page also stated that it's checked & updated every morning and in today's technical day & age - there's not a whole lot left of the M-F work week theory/practice anymore.

At least that's been my experience. Commerce tends to go 24/7 anymore.

Sure..if you're ordering online its often 24 hours..but even an order you place at 2am still needs to wait to be picked and delivered..etc..also often to an email you send overnight will get an automated response..but i'm sure you want to hear back from an actual person and not a computer..
