In the Fall, Freshco and No Frills had squash for $0.69/lb and sweet potatoes for $0.79/pound. For about one week.

It's a quote from @GoodBoy (gosh, I hope I tagged that right), in reply to some of my angst over the brainless wonders who have been copying my pics, or whining about my childish scrawl. (My penmanship is terrible, I don't care about that, but if you're a condescending dweeb, at least whine in the thread where I have a better chance of seeing the reply and addressing it. Maybe to your regret. Or not. Who cares?
Anyway, before I googled the phrase, I guessed it meant: "Coffee is the illegitimate son of a carbonated dummy." cough. Or something like that. After I googled the phrase...it was just so much more amusing. I kind of love it, right now. The whole intro to the phrase still makes me laugh. So...good stuff comes outta the bad...

And, I like to say it in my head when I'm grinding coffee beans.

By now, you should realize I only speak coffee. ;-)
