I just talked with a dinodirect representative who confirmed with his supervisor, and now you can only pay for half your item's price using your dinopoints, not up to 100% of your order balance like it says on their website. He said the website may not yet be updated.

Awww, I never knew that. I'm at negative 10000 dinopoints, so I won't be using anytime soon.

Is it just me or this just way too annoying to get a couple cheap things sent free? I just wasted an hour trying to find something, then trying to put codes in proper place, codes all say invalid, ridiculous! I gave up.

That's lame, but I figured as much anyways. It was nice being able to use the entire dino point balance towards a purchase. Especially when you have saved over 10,000+ points on multiple accounts!!

I agree that dinodirect search sucks on the site.
What i do is use google to search it for me: http://www.google.com/sitesearch/
Just fill in the info at the bottom of the page.
Enter a site URL: www.dinodirect.com

Way faster and way more better results which match what i put in.

Btw, anybody heard that DD are inviting their customers to have a free trip to China?

if you purchased over 100$, you will get 3 tokens which are actually chances of winning the trip. I highly doubt anyone will win. This is just one of their ploy in getting more money.

Not being racist, I simply mean there won't actually be a real winner. They will probably just declare one of their employees the winner, snap a few promotional pictures of his/her "trip in china" and tell everyone he is from Canada or US or something.

If it won't let you choose more than one gift, talk to the reps...I clarified with them that it is really one per order and they gave me a gift certificate to make up for the cart issues.

in my experience it takes them a 1-3 days to prepare the pkg and send it off..i usually receive the package in 3-4 weeks

I just picked up my third package from them at the post office. Over $30 worth of products for just a little over $5 (which includes shipping) :D

Also I got a flyer from them in the mail today, it looks quite professional....

i just became an idinor member this week.
with the first order i passed , i got the free gift ..
but now, when i try to order something else,i cannot choose a gift. they tell me "oops,Dino kindly reminds you that your order does not reach US$60"
does someone knows why??

i was on their live chat, and they told me that they changed their policy...guess they are allowed to do that when they want...
