This forum, fellow members and their tips have really helped my family save money. Xmas was appearing to become a really rough time this year as I just started Mat leave but haven't received any pay yet and hubby gets paid after Xmas.

The one I spoke off was a clearance sale from Walmart. At select Walmarts in the Toronto area (depending on stock), some toys that were really pricey are now on clearance. This is one of the items I bought the kiddo:
