No. The Sears Bargain Basement, as it's known in Halifax NS, informed me they will close their doors for good on October 4th. Oddly enough I was there on July 5th and it was 40% off the entire store.....even before they announced liquidation. The selection was poor then, so I can only imagine how scary the clothing selection is now. Anyone women wanting to buy 1984 Sears business suits in tan polyester would have a field day.

The appliances were only 20 % off when i went . Better deals at other stores with a regular sale than liquidation there.

Never knew there was a Bargain Basement store. And I learned about the Sears Hometown stores through Smart Canucks.I had thought that Sears Outlet stores were where last season's unsold merchandies went to sell. But the outlet in Mississauga closed some time ago.
1984 suit would have lots of fabric. Not like current suits.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.
