I have a couple questions about how much a coupon is worth in a trade
I have a MIR for Neilmed manufacturers coupon for 5$ off. I found it for 5$ at coopers and I got it for free because of scanning code of practice. I still have it. So would it be worth 5$ if someone could get it for free somewhere?
I also have some coupons for free dish detergent. a MIR for up to 23$ so it's a FREE product. How much is that worth?
Does this make sense? Sorry it's kind of confusing. This thread is currently associated with: N/ALast edited by Seephira; Sun, Sep 17th, 2017 at 09:12 PM.

1) I'm not sure how it would work in that case, I would say that it would not work doing the MIR for the $5 coupon since you didn't end up paying anything on the bill for it.
2) The Finish question is an easy one, they will give you the value you paid, after taxes, to cover the cost of the product (up to $23), so for example... RCSS has it on sale for $12.98 this week, therefore, if you did the MIR, you would get back $14.67. Also, If you use a coupon on it, in most all cases, you will end up making money since wehn most coupons are put into a register, they don't say what they are for. So if you had a $1 coupon (Save it forward from RCSS as my example) for the finish, you would get it for... $12.98 - $1 = $13.54 - MIR($12.98 * 1.13 = $14.67) = -$1.13

I don't think u can put a value on it . it would depend on the person u are trading with because sometimes people don't receive their rebate for unknown reason.

Sorry about that, I should actually read through something thoroughly before I make a comment. I would say the Finish is a popular one right now, I've seen some people looking for it.
MIR are a bit trickier to put a value on for trade since they can vary in value, do as I do, since you're new to trading, when you are talking to another smart canuck about a trade, just say you're new to it and you can both work together to determine the value of a trade and what to trade for what.

Personally, I have traded the Finish MIR for 1,000 SDM points.
