    Does anyone know whether or not if I bought 5 x $150.00 GC's from Sobey's this week for the bonus offer of 150 per GC I would get credit for them as I did this offer from Foodland last Friday?

    Can I use a GC to pay for a GC purchase?

    I suggest that phoning the store to ask is probably a better way to get actual answers than asking here. And then you can post what you're told.

    Last year I did this promo at Foodland. A few weeks later they had it again and I used the previous Gift card to purchase the new one and received the bonus airmiles.

    woo hoo! This Sobey's Offer will match up nicely with an American Express offer I got. I just need to spend $100.00 at any grocery store ( in Canada ) between Oct 1 -30th and I get rewarded 400 Bonus Air Miles!! Time to buy a Sobey's GC!!
