I put in a points inquiry recently for Janes Chicken, bought 4 boxes and got no points, so I went through the app and put in my inquiry. Got a repsonse saying they have closed the case and they said I received my 24,XXX pts. THAT WAS FROM A TRANSACTION AT ANOTHER STORE (Bought the chicken at RCSS, the transaction they thought was at SDM). So I sent in another, much angrier inquiry to them telling them to actually READ what I write to them in the inquiry. If I still don't get the points, I will be calling in to yell at someone to actually DO THEIR JOB!!!
