RCSS has a flash sale tomorrow for spent $10.00 on Pantene,orals,Crest,old spice and get 4000 Points it’s a great deal when combined with the various coupons out and if you have a personal offer it’s better

I got the e-mail offer and it says it applies to regular priced items. So I say no to the offers combining.

About all the PC Optimum point balances not updating after SDM shops and such-my Fortinos store was experiencing system issues on Sunday.

Yesterday, I saw the return of the Click and Collect sign by the west entrance where the Coupon Zone board is situated. Think it's time to comment via survey receipt about the lack of Instacart signage as the delivery service is now in effect.

This happened to me too! I just finished my grocers and when I was leaving I saw 2 cute perennials for $4.00 each, when I went to pay I handed my card and she said you don’t get any points for these, I said that’s fine but I still want you to scan it because I might get personal offers down the road!! What’s the big deal with scanning the card!!

I also got the points that I was missing added to my app account!

Most likely system issues... the card terminal sharing store wi-fi connection or similar. Cashiers are looking to minimize frustration with task and throwing off customers unless...store managers are actively discouraging employees from promoting the points offers?

Five days later my points have finally appeared. But customer service never bothered to respond to tell me so

I just realized that what pc chat say to me was insane....I got pc points on my bill but not all...why they are telling me I cannot get points with paying with points...That is so ridiculous.....

I think it’s safe to say that WE know more about their program than the actual employees. :rolleyes:

That's what happened to me. They pointed me to somewhere in the policy that specifically states this. I told them their policy is crazy because it means you'll be collecting points forever and can never redeem them. They told me they would give them to me "this time" :neutral:
