According to all the notices online before the merge day, you need to take your pcplus card or your optimum card to cashier for exchange. The original cards were not mailed out either. Back then, they just gave you a card an said go online and make an account, then, link it yourself!
I went to Shoppers and got my new card, then went to No Frills and they loaded my PC points to my new card, went home set up my new pc account, downloaded the app on my ipad and received one Shoppers Exclusive for 7,500 pts for $50 and a few other small pt offers for products + the 6,000 for the $20 Pepsi/Tostitos offer. Then I checked it this evening and the 6,000 pts offer is gone???? Did this happen to anyone else, I sent a contact email on the app, I wonder when or if they will reply???

6000 points offer disappeared for a while on my app and is back now both on app and online on web
Set everything up and seems to be okay so far (took a bit of time at first to get it setup this morning). I'm hoping that the offers improve next week.
Tomorrow I have a one day offer at SDM for 10x points on $20 or more purchased and will combine with 6000 pts for $20 or more Pepsi Co. purchase....have to see how it goes. Hopefully will get about 9000 points altogether and than use the receipt for the Pepsi $20 FPCs when you buy $20 online rebate offer. Let's see how if it works out.😊
I also just noticed that I have cko51 offers for $1 back on Simply Tostitos scoops (three different types of chips) as well as $1 back for Simply Tostitos salsa. Wonder if they sell them at SDM and for how much? Oooo have to see what I can get tomorrow!
Well it may be back online but it sure as heck is not fixed. "sorry we could not verify your card". Unbelievable.
I put in a points enquiry about the 6000 for pepsi as I did not get the points when I purchased them and they gave me the points in less than a half hour.

New PC Optimum program off to a shaky start
Just hours after the program plan merge went live, customers were already reporting problems
I m using the website, do I just click the corner of the offer to "load" or add to the list means "loaded offers"?
Do you need to show your physical card in the store to get a new one? Or is showing them a screenshot from the app enough?
My plastic cards are locked away in a drawer somewhere because I have been using the apps for ages
