It seems that it all depends on who handles your points inquiry. Even when I redeem, I usually have no problem with getting points added after an inquiry but I've had it a couple of times when I've had a similar response to yours. I realize we don't get points when we redeem at SDM but it would be helpful if the Loblaws banner grocery stores would be consistent with their points policy.
Just a little edit: I earned a lot of points today at RCSS with their bonus points offers on a number of products. I redeemed points to pay for my large purchase and received all my points, both in-store and digital. It reinforces the understanding that the points offers at the grocery stores are earned even when the purchase is totally paid for by redeeming points.
I got 20x the points on milk today! And it worked perfectly with Sr 20% off and 10 000 pts on $50 YAY!
Has anyone tried combining the 12000 on suncare with a 20x offer??? If so did it work???

Can I use both offers BOGO ice cream and 8000 pts wys 30.00?
(Would the free item qualify for part of the 30.00?)
Thanks
Will this offer work on sushi?

Just checked my pc optimum app...it lists my latest transaction as a points adjustment of -5000pt...no idea why.
Anyone ever experience this?
yes, I did...but I agree the 5000 value doesn't make sense.
But good news...the points have been re-added. No explanation in the email follow up..just re-added. Phew!
And for whatever reason another 5000pts was added...bonus!
Now that we no longer receive points for buying SDM gift cards - so no more double-dipping, is there any advantage anymore to buying and paying with the gift cards vs charging my purchases directly to my PC Mastercard? Started doing that a couple of weeks ago after years of doing the gift card thing but just want to make sure I'm not missing anything..?
does anyone know if frozen chicken strips are considered "hot or chilled ready-to-go meals"? thanks
