So a few of you have heard I was beaten up delivering one of my hampers and other then my broken arm everything else is healed finally. I never told many as I was so angry at myself for taken a chance to deliver to a known addicts home alone. After everything is done and said and healed the only thing I feel anger towards is myself for feeling so much self pity. Stuff happens in life...its all the negative that has occurred that has led me to be the person I am. So I will continue with trust to the strangers out there I help. I am just taking some time away for myself to full recuperate and to spend the holidays with the family.
As far as the backpacks and coffee donations I am still continuing to do pick ups and deliver them but not till after the new year. So please be patient with me. Most importantly I logged on just to wish each and every one of you ....
Have a very Merry Christmas

We learn from experience especially the bad ones.
Please remember you are a victim. You are not at fault.
Trusting people is not a bad thing. It just has to be done with precaution taken. As one of manager's used to say "Be careful out there...and keep your stick on the ice"

Oh my goodness hun, I'm so sorry to hear of your broken arm and incident. You certainly deserve the rest and relaxation, you've done so much to be kind to people and twice now it's bitten back. Life does that sometimes but it's not fun. I wish you a speedy recovery and a very Merry Christmas with your family and friends! And when you're back on more often we'll be waiting!
