When I got the RBOD I clicked on Help/Send Feedback. I let them know I was getting the specified web page message, then I pasted the Featured Game Page url into the message, to show I was going to the right page. Originally Posted by Shop Girl

Once I clicked on the confirmation check box first and then entered the Featured Game. When the Featured Game was entered the red box disappeared. Maybe try entering a different game name, beside the one specified.
