Did anyone order this and get it? My GF ordered it well before the guaranteed shipping date and it still did not arrive in time for christmas. She's so upset that she ended up ordering it in the boxing day sales and will return this as soon as it does show up.

Also their customer service was very poor. They kept changing their story as to where it was and why it hadn't been shipped.

I would never buy another product with them after this awful experience.

I order something from shopping channel last week and they tell me that I was going to get it before christmas and didn't get it but I am going to called them and see what happen

Blackberry Playbooks are currently available online now at the Source, Future Shop and Best Buy websites for $199/$249/$399 for the 16G/32G/64G respectively. the source has deals includng cases as well.

I ordered mine the first time they had it and got it within 10 days. You have to remember shipping guarantee was only for items in their own warehouse..playbook ships directly from their supplier and could take 15-17 days from date of order. They state right on their website any item# starting with a 6 comes directly from the supplier, and the shipping guarantee says items starting with a 6 are excluded from their shipping gaurantee.

They arrived well before Christmas. I bought them first time around and for some reason I think they got here on the 19th.
