I think if you were suspended, you won't be able to log on and it would tell you that your account is suspended.

If you get the rules page, it means you are searching way too much. I usually get 2 SB a day. One in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Did you click the confirmation link that was sent to your email account? That was my error for the first gc I got (took me a month to figure out my mistake - yes, sometimes I'm a bit slow off the mark, shoulda got the dog or cat to read the rules & regs, they're smarter than me ).

Once you've clicked & confirmed, go to the swagbucks page called My Account (silver button at the top of the page), at the left click My Gift Cards. The page should list the gc's you've earned. They seem to have changed the page format recently (I just noticed it when I went to check these steps) - they have pics of the gc & I believe they list them as Verified or Available (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Sometimes even after you click the confirmation link, it still takes a few days to get it to you.

same here, but I ordered only yesterday, but in the confirmation email there was this

IF YOU ARE ORDERING A GIFT CARD: Your gift card redemption code will be posted on your Account Profile, in the "MY GIFT CARDS" section, within 4-7 business days of this purchase.
IF YOU ARE ORDERING A PHYSICAL ITEM: Please allow 2-3 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped via USPS.

so I guess it just takes a few days.
