I've ordered from Amazon.ca and used amazon.co.uk but I've never used amazon.com. Can someone tell me if they ship books/dvds/video games to Canada? I've heard there are some restrictions on what they will send but I don't know what's included in that. Also, do you have to pay customs fees? I'm interested in ordering stuff from the site itself - not through the sellers market stuff.

i think that was directed at you, but i was just answering for you lol.

when you mod a wii, you can just download any/all games you want (for free), so you won't have to buy the games anymore. i believe someone rips the game and uploads it? something like that, im not very clear on the details (but it's kinda like downloading ripped music)

modifying is like altering the system to make it do what you want. Like you can mod msn messenger with a messpatch to take all the ads off it and unnecessary stuff. I've never modd'ed a video game system though.

I have ordered DVDs through Amazon.ca and also Amazon.com. I made sure that dvd from the US was under $20. Correct me if I am wrong, but it is my understanding that you have to pay duties over $20.

ya something like that, although I have ordered upwards to $100 worth of stuff from the states before (not amazon) and haven't been nicked duty or anything, so it depends on the parcel delivery system. But yes, staying under $20 is a safe bet, but there is only so much you can buy for that little.

Just super marios bros for wii for my bf. I got fed up waiting to have that $900+ that I needed for the camera, so maybe I'll just make small purchasing here and there.

I know if you modify the xbox 360 and they find out that you can loose your account to use xbox live permanently they had released something out about it not too long ago.

I am not sure I could trust a copied game there might be some sort of virus that could infect the Wii system.
