It seems to me that you can call in/email El Monterey for coupons as well.

The coupons I saw yesterday at RCSS in Vancouver were a typical mix of new ones, old ones, holdovers, reruns and new ones that looked like old ones but had new expiries. As best I can tell, here are the new Smartsource food and beverage coupons that haven't been posted yet in this thread.

I will have to see if store tearpads by products or at Coupon Zone board have the El Monterey, Manitoba Harvest and Ristorante coupons (I found the Ristorante coupon blowing around this week near a store). Some of the coupons posted I have not seen but I will go to a big Shoppers with food section to see if I can find those shampoo coupons!

I found some of these SunRype Slim coupons today hiding behind some bread in a Safeway store in Vancouver. I think they were just left behind from a sample rep.

I thought I had seen these Nescafe Gold coupons before but I don't think they've been posted. I found them in an IGA store in downtown Vancouver.
