Tried it with my card and then my husband's today, offer didn't work when loaded. Had to spend way too much time on the phone with Shoppers to get the 4000 points credited. Hope other people have better luck with it.

I tend to stock up on butter and freeze it. Usually 3.99 a lb.

Tried this offer again today a its a new offer week, and yet again it didn't work. Try in to call instead of email this time as I still haven't heard back from my email Wednesday, but the phone lines are busy and keep telling me to try back later...I can't wait for Feb.

Since "Brands you love, Buy 15$ get 4000 points" is now a loadable coupon (before it was a offer in store), is-it possible to combine with an other loadable personnal coupon (spend 50$ get 12000 pts)?

I haven't tried it myself, but I gather from what others have said that they don't stack.

I bought a Joe Fresh umbrella (now $19) but it did not qualify as a Joe Fresh Beauty item (made a point to see if I got the points as I had loaded the coupon). This umbrella is not sticking when I open it so it's a keeper.
As for PC food products, I personally like the pome-blueberry PC sparkling water but not the citrus flavoured ones; love most of the PC sparkling juices (best when slightly chilled) but am not a fan of most of their food items. The frozen entrees tend to taste biscuity/shortcrust-like and seasonings seem slight or hardly there. However, I'd be willing to help you (@torontogal12) eat any bags of PC chocolate coated almonds provided the chocolate is milk!

I've been listening to the stupid music for 21+ minutes already...

I've done this promo every week, on 3 different cards. This is my first problem with it. No personal offers were working today though. Also need my points on my milk, reese, and alberto.

It's supposed to, but be aware that there have been reports of the Brands You Love offer not being awarded properly if at all.

I have done this promo for the past two weeks and did not get any points. I will try to phone tomorrow, but it sounds like it is a lengthy process. This seems to be a problem that should have been fixed as several people have reported not getting their points. :shrug:

I did this offer twice and did not receive points either time (two different weeks). I emailed after the first time, with no reply. I emailed again a few days ago with copies of both receipts. I await a reply of any kind.

I've emailed them twice in the last few months [about missing points for other promotions] and it took them over 2 weeks to reply both times.

Except there was a system wide error on Saturday so phone is very busy... phone times are 30-40 minutes each time I've tried calling (twice this week). Finally got through yesterday. She added my points easy peasey. Absolutely refused to do my dad's card though. And he left on a cruise yesterday. So I'm guessing this won't be resolved by time things change over.
