Four (4) Grand Prizes:
Each Grand Prize consists of a $4,000.00 CDN travel voucher (which must be used for travel in compliance with all terms and conditions of such travel voucher) from The Marco Travel Group and a $1,000.00 CDN spending money in the form of a gift card. Total retail value of the Prize is $5,000 CDN. The travel voucher is non-transferable, has no cash value and can only be redeemed through Marco Travel, 470 Hardy Road, Brantford, phone 1-800-757-8747. All travel arrangements must be made at least 30 days prior to departure and prior to expiry date shown. Any remaining travel value unused after the initial trip must be used towards subsequent travel arrangements, up to the expiry date shown. Restrictions may apply. Not valid on existing travel reservations or for single night hotel reservations. The Prize Winner is responsible for contacting The Marco Travel Group to arrange and reserve their travel before the expiry date on the voucher. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contest, the terms and conditions of the Marco Travel Group voucher, and those set forth by the airline carrier as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly booked using the travel voucher, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companions must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure, unless the travel companion is a child of the winner, sibling of winner or friend of winner with appropriate parental permissions and releases. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.
The prize may include international travel, therefore customs and immigration will require certain documents to travel to a foreign country; it is the winner’s sole responsibility for winner and any guest to travel with the required documents. No refunds will be made if improper documentation or failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations of the travel provider results in denied boarding or entry, and prize will be forfeited. Prizes, reservations, and airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable once issued, and may not be used in conjunction with any other competition or offer. No refunds or credit changes are allowed. If tickets are lost, stolen or expire prior to use (unless restricted by law), they will not be replaced. All tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes.
All Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value should it become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

On-line Entry: To enter the Contest, participants will need to:

1. Purchase any two (2) of the following participating Liberté Greek products on a single receipt at any participating retail store: Liberté Greek® Yogurt 500 g, 750 g and 4x100 g; Liberté Greek® Seeds & Fruit Yogurt 2x150 g; Liberté Greek® Crunch Yogurt 2x130 g (the “Participating Products”) during the Contest Period. Participating Products are subject to availability; and
2. Enter via the Internet by going to www.WinwithLiberte.ca (the “Contest Website”) and follow the link to the contest registration page; and
3. Complete the entry form on the Contest Website by filling in your name, mailing address with postal code, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, and provide a photo of a single Receipt, clearly showing the participating retailers store name and address, the date and time of transaction and the two (2) Participating Products purchased (the “Receipt”), in a single transaction that must be purchased during Contest Period.
4. Then submit the entry form by clicking on the “Submit” button. Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Contest. On-line entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Monday, April 30, 2018.
5. Upon successful receipt validation, you will receive an email confirming your entry into the Contest.

No Purchase Entry: For a chance to win without purchase, participants should write a unique 50 word essay on why he/she purchases Liberté products (the “Essay”), hand print his/her name and complete mailing address, e-mail address, phone number and birth date on a 8.5" x 11" piece of paper (mechanical reproductions void) and mail the Essay to the address directly below postmarked by Friday, May 4, 2018. Essays must be received by Wednesday, May 9, 2018 in order to be eligible to enter Contest.
