Thanks for posting the article. I just read it in the Star and was coming to post too.
I haven't bought any electronics at Shopper's because I had heard of their poor return policy. But also, it was difficult returning/exchanging the cosmetics that I had a reaction to (happened twice with different lines); the cosmetics gals weren't happy about it.
Thanks! I had no idea.Quote:
if you ever have an issue with cosmetics and Shoppers won't help you - contact the cosmetic company directly. Always keep your receipt as Shoppers drug mart won't exchange/refund without one.
bought a tablet from shoppers and never use it, the quality is horrible and really outdated. Not shoppers fault necessarily; but the electronic inventory they carry overall is very poor.
I bought my son earbuds from shoppers and they didn't work properly. We returned them and got our money back without any issues.
The only time I would gamble purchasing any kind of electronics from them is if it was a deal too good to pass down and then if worse came to worse (and my actual out of pocket was not that high) I would just wash the money
If anyone has tried to return stuff under the new PC optimum program, do they still make you fill a form to return an unopened item (in our case, an unopened OTC medicine- bought a wrong one)?
Also, what happens if an item was paid using redemption of points? Any issues with that?
Thanks :)
