These coupons read "save up to 14.00 (or 7.00) on One item" Does WM give overage on these? It doesn't specify which products but pictures are different in each.

@2shopmom I used my $7.00 this weekend at Walmart and got$1.00overage on the liners CSM was called to see if I could used the coupon

To be honest I don’t think these coupons should have overage since it say up. Someone correct me if I am wrong. The young cashier that I had didn’t think that I could used the coupon since it was more than the product that why the CSM was called
