When I read Metro's e-mail that it now stocks mochi frozen desserts, I was thinking OKAY, I'll have to visit Metro soon!
99cent Unico beans and a few other grocery items appeal. Will go to see what Air Miles offers I may need to load to my card. (Got offers for 3 bonus AM for Primo Pizza sauce, 3 bonus AM for Primo pasta).
Update-hey, the store sells strawberry plants for $9.99! How do I get it home and keep it safe from local wildlife (raccoons have ruined one area of the lawn already, those scavengers)? I want berries! (Lowes has raspberry plants for sale too).Last edited by Ciel; Thu, Apr 26th, 2018 at 06:05 PM.

Keep them high I can never seem to get any strawberries I was gonna build a wall type rack on my shed side to grow them
Raspberries on the other hand are plentiful they spread more and more ever year. I planted a blackberry bush last year too so I hope to see some of those this year.

@Anna Michele -raccoons climb regardless but there are planter rack ideas in Our Homes (kind of a leaning ladder with shelves) Spring Issue and a pallet planter shelf idea in Cdn House & Homes (May issue-you want to see the Rona insert-the pallet project is painted dark blue to match the patio furniture in one photo).
Mom says no to strawberry plants for now-keeping plants safe from creatures was cited (and I've spotted someone's tagged cat sauntering in our yard recently-that might explained the dead rabbit from last year).2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.
