Yeah I understand. Gotta make money somehow. I was a bit surprised when I ordered the large vanilla iced coffee a few weeks ago and it was almost $3. I remembered that a large was around $2.19-$2.29.

7-11 also has a "summer drink" offer, their Big Gulp is only $0.89 ($1 W/Tax). Plus you can use their app to earn "stars" and "points" to get that price down even more.

And another freebie they have going on until the 24th is a coupon on F L I I P for 3 free wings (I've used it twice so far). They're decent, but not the best, but it makes a nice little snack

Circle K stores have any size fountain drinks for 89c every day (also $1 w/tax), all year round. Choose from about 16 varieties from both Coke and Pepsi brands.
... This is, at least in Atlantic Canada. I cant speak for the rest of the country.

(although Circle K is owned by Couche-Tard and they are re-branding their Mac's stores to Circle K)

I've seen two Circle K banners at local Esso stations that used to be named On The Go: Stonechurch &Golf Links Rd, plus the Wilson St. W station across from the beer store.
