Question about photoshop/animation programs

Now I know this is the right group of people to ask.
I been using> Jasc paint shop pro 9 and Animation Shop 3 and a few other..
for a year now,sadly I don't have this programs on my computer anymore
I "find" them off the net ,Now I'm very much into this stuff,
Thing is there would I go and get this programs
I know The source and Best buy sales them..
but have you see the price! omg..

Now to be honest I like this programs but not have the dollars to get them..
I like this stuff not just as a hobby,maybe something to be doing in the future
still workin on it.

anyways does anyone know where I can get it for dirt cheap?
If you anything PLEASE contact me!
Btw if your wonder yes i have tried the free trial for those programs
LOL the only last a min and then there gone or the frozen up on me.

my hubby uses Corel Draw for all his graphic needs.....I do not know where but I am sure there is a free trial download on the net somewhere.

The gimp is free but I dont use it for animation, sorry I cant help more

The GIMP is free. Fairly easy to use if you're already familiar with that sort of program. Plus there are a million tutorials to help you along the way. You can do in it as you can do in PSP and AS.

I can't remember which site I ended up going with but I purchased all of my software online at educational discounts. For the price of one or two progs I was able to get the complete suite for the same price. (ie. Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, ImageReady, GoLive, Bridge, Acrobat & Acrobat Distiller).

If you want an animation program, and think you can do 3D modelling, Blender is your gig.

It's absolutely free.

It was used to produce the movie "The Elephant's Dream". It is a professional-grade program you can download for nothing because it's open source software.

There are also extensive tutorials and manuals to get you started. You can do simple animations or full-on 3D graphics... but you'll need a powerful computer for the latter choice.
