Last time the samples were available, I was in the process of finalising the survey, when the site had a glitch. I managed to login afterwards and do the survey again. As a result, my order was considered as double submission and was removed. So, for the first time , since they offered samples, I didn't qualify. Hopefully , it won't happen to those members who started answering their survey.

I was able to complete the survey and get 10 samples. But the site did keep crashing on me.

I got 9 out of 9 samples, no glitches, no crashes, no issues. Truth be told, I nearly forgot about it. I was making my grocery list when I decided to see what was up and then I clued in. Duh.
