When submitting your receipt, does it let you send the receipt in parts or does it have to all be in the same picture. I wasn't thinking and bought the cheese with other groceries and my receipt it too long for one picture. I tried sending it in 4 parts but don't know if it worked I will find out in 48 hours....

@Mich649, it needs to be on one jpeg, pdf (or one other type). My receipt was very long--it took 3 photos to capture it all. I copied each photo and pasted it in a word document. Then I cropped each photo so all three would fit on the page. Then I made it into a pdf; which enabled me to attach only 1 item.

I had the same problem. Sent them only 1 of the 3 parts. They sent this back to me.

Illegible or incomplete invoice : You have not included a legible or complete copy of your receipt. The name of the retailer, the date of purchase, the product identification and the invoice number must be included.
If you can make the necessary corrections, we invite you to send us a new copy of your invoice by replying to this email and attaching your invoice. You may send mutliple pictures if the invoice is too long.


So I sent the 3 images to the email and was approved in hours.

My submission was rejected so I re-sent it via the email they sent me but I haven't heard back.
How long did it take for them to approve it after the initial rejection ?
