question: how long do orders take to arrive? Ive placed two orders so far on december 30 and january 5, but nothing has arrived yet. I got those generic emails telling me that they both have been shipped out though. Should I be worried or is this the normal delivery time?

That is normal. You could see them soon or still be waiting a while. To give you an idea of how long it can take; I had an order ship on Dec 5th 2011 and I just received it in the mail yesterday January 17th 2012.
On average it takes 3-4 weeks and the odd time it takes much longer.

hey guys! not sure if i should do the $6 offer and give dino direct another try, but whree do we send our screenshots?
I ordered eyheshadow from them and of cours eit sucked, but htat's NOTHING new. You buy eyeshadows in stores made cheaply and they suck. I paid so little anyways. i liked their chinese knot for free because i am chinese and its chinese new yr soon!
