    I went grocery shopping today and also used some coupons. Valu-mart had a "dollar days" promotion this week.


    2 Fruitopia juices $2 ($1 each)
    1 Five Alive Juice $1
    16 Source yogurt $3.50 ($1 for 4 - $0.50 coupon from gocoupons.ca when you buy 16)
    1 Chocolate Milk 1L $1
    2 juice box 8-packs $2 ($1 each)
    2 Del monte Fruit Twists $3 ($4 for 2 - $1 off coupon when you buy 2 from websaver.ca)
    1 Lean Cuisine $0 (Free coupon from facebook)
    1 Kraft dinner Smart $0.24 ($0.99 - $0.75 coupon from websaver.ca)
    1 McCain superfries homestyle red skin $2 ($3 + $1 printable coupon from McCain website)

    ALL THIS for $14.74 before taxes.

    I also got 2 tylenol cold and flu 20 pill box for $3.77 after tax each from rexall (on sale for $5.99 and used a $3 tear pad coupon I got the day before at shoppers).
