Thread: PC points inaccuracy

How do I deal with this one?
I had an inquiry for missing points. I have a screen shot of my points. My app shows it was awarded but when I went to my previous receipts, the amount was not accurate. It seems like it shows they were added but not really. Has this happened to anyone before and what is remedy? Takes forever to get measly little points lately.

Well, I contacted PC through the app. They confirm there was an error and points did not get added and will be escalated - won't hold my breath on that one. Had I not kept my receipts and noticed the numbers were off, this would not have been looked into.
Now I wonder how many times this was done and I (or others this may have happened to) did not notice. Suspicious...

@2shopmom I was going to reply to your original thread but my interactions with PC points were not as egregious as yours were.
That being said I've had my " once bitten twice shy " moments that have taught me to always screen grab my weekly PC offers and
save them on my desktop until the points come through.
When points were missing the very first time they claimed the offer was not in my list....and I told them it was there the week before
when I bought the item but the new offers wiped it out.
