J&J monthly coupon BRAG-WOW

As many are aware you can call J&J for coupons each month. Well, I ordered a couple for my husband's cousin back in December. When they arrived she called and told me she had no use for them. When I went over and picked them up I couldn't believe it when I opened up the envelop. They were for FREE PRODUCTS. I always order the Stayfree/Carefree coupons or the Reach/Bandaid one. Don't remember all the products listed on the coupons but I used them at WM for 2 free "Rembrandt" teeth whitening kits valued at 30.00 each. Did anyone else receive these?????

Question, I've been for a few months now and I've never did the J&J call in because I'm really not sure how or have the phone number can you experienced people let me know how to do so I always read such good stories about these coupons I want to get my J&J call in feet dirty lol. please help???

I call them at 1-866-JNJ-BABY and simply say." Hello, I would like to order some coupons." They will ask if you have ordered them before. If you haven't, they will tell you about them:
1. Reach, Bandaid, Purell
2. Stayfree/Carefree, OB,Tucks
3. Benylin,Motrin,Tylenol,Sudafed,Reactine, Rolaids,etc
4. Baby Products
You can ask for 2 coupons a month and each has a 2.00 value except for the baby one (1.00)
After you have ordered they will give you a reference number as they will ask for it next month when you call them again.

I called them. They said that they want to refer consumers to the livingwell.ca site for coupons because they want to keep the phone number for medical questions etc.

When I called last month they told me they are no longer offering them over the phone and directed me to the livingwell website as well. Oh well... Has anyone had any luck this month ordering?

Nope. I called yesterday and got the same answer. If you go to living well they will have their coupons there.

I called yesterday and yes they are trying to refer you to livingwell.ca but my $3 Aveeno/Neutragena coupons aren't online so I called and they are in the mail and got a new reference number

I called this month for the Stayfree ones and, since they are not available online, I got them in the mail. As I have posted before, in Quebec the new ones are now a MIR.

I received one back in October (that is good for Rolaids, Reactine, etc.) and it was good for "Any size of the products listed, free". Ended up getting a 48 pack of Reactine FREE - it was not one sale so regular price was $32.99. Was super nice of them to send it out!

I just called last week and ordered 2 each for my mom and myself. My mom doesn't even have an email address so guess I can't continue to order them for her. I'm sad that this is ending over the phone. I've been calling them for I bet 2 years.

I decided to call back today. Just got off the phone from J&J. I was told that you can stiil order and so I ordered 2 of the Reach coupons. I said,"I understand you may be putting a stop to ordering coupons over the phone." He said, "No thats not the case yet anyway. Called at 2:04 today from Ontario.

I just called....they never asked me what kind of coupons I wanted or If i had ordered before ( I haven't) The customer service representative said in the future you need to go to livingwell.ca. Hopefully I get some good coupons.....
