QOTD: Do you go away or stay home on long weekends?

ON: It's the May long weekend. Will you stay home? Will you go to the cottage? Will you go and visit friends and family?

Part of me wishes that we were staying home this weekend...because I really do need to get to the yard work...

We're heading to the cottage and visiting family at the same time...the in-laws now live full time at their (once) cottage.

Staying home on the weekend and then heading to Niagara Falls when other people go back to work.

Normally we would not go to the cottage this weekend because of the bugs but i do not think they will be bad yet because of the cool weather lately. If I am wrong it will be a very short trip

We have always stayed home, we aren't lake people.
When we were still able to, it's when we would start planting - oh, how I miss that!

Hopefully, husband will feel well enough to catch up on some household work - I will try do some, which isn't much these days...

We stayed put. The railing box planters, hanging baskets, window boxes and large pots won't get filled with pretty flowers unless we do it!
