She actually did mention using both coupon zone and manufacturers coupons towards one item. its in the bottom of her message to HO asking if they can "stack" and CZ and manufacturers

yes i read that but if you mention the word "stack" or "coupon stacking" then they will always say its not part of it because coupon stacking is a "Big NO NO". if we just ask about manufacturer coupon and coupon zone coupon together im pretty sure your gonna get a different response or atleast an explanation on stacking if its not really allowed.

I usually I don't respond to posts, however, since the change to the coupon policy at Superstore in regards to allowing a coupon zone and a manufacturer coupon on one product purchased, I will only use the coupon zone coupon on items purchased if I have a manufacturer coupon with me for the same product and will save it for anouther purchase at another store. Superstore coupons are not reimbursed from the manufactures, so using a manufacture coupon with a coupon zone coupon should not make any difference to the company. I do believe that you should follow the coupon policies of every company correctly, however stating which stores might be allowing both out of spite is a little out there for me.

i agree, 100%.the op seems to be on a big of a "rampage" with this.

this is the very reason why i don't post deals or brags anymore.
its members like this, with all their self righteousness that ruin things for the rest.

i hope that no one at the surrey store gets fired/suspended anything else for this. if so, i guess they will have the op to thank.

I agree - I like to post to help others but will now question whether or not to share deals etc. since some self-righteous people take others help and squash it and ruin it for others. Off to superstore to check the CZ coupons.....

ok so i have read through the whole email and i still do not see in the policy where it says you cannot use a manufacturer coupon and a coupon zone coupon. I only see the reply at the top where the CS Rep says they dont allow stacking. Also the OP did not clearly state the question about being able to use a manufacturer coupon and a coupon zone coupon together, they just wrote coupon stacking which to any person not from london drugs would be going "no way we dont stack coupons".

I think we really need to send a clear and concise email about using "a manufacturer coupon and a coupon zone coupon" together in those words and not any other such as "stacking" because that sets off different answers for people.

I believe my email was quite clear.

It seems that some stores are again allowing the use of both the coupon zone coupon, plus the manufacturers coupon in the purchase of a single item. I am aware that this was policy in the past, but to the best of my knowledge, this was changed sometime in June of 2011.

As I posted before, please don't turn this into something it is not. I asked for clarification, stated that several stores were allowing this, and requested a list of which stores we could do it at. Obviously we are not allowed to do it at any. I did not do this out of spite as some of you may thing. I did this for clarification which is what I was asking for all along. Please do not read anything further into it than what it is. If you choose not to follow their coupon policy, then thats up to you, if you choose to follow it, thats up to you as well. We are now aware that Loblaws stores do not allow the use of both coupons to purchase a single item. I want to try and use my coupons the correct way. It's really that simple. I provided the information to everyone, you can use it which ever way you want. Thanks to everyone and I hope everyone has a great evening.

The thing that gets me, is that, on the back of CZ coupons, it states:
"CANNOT be combined with any other coupons or promotional offers" and people still use both CZ & regular coupons on one item.

At our RCSS or Zehrs, they say NO to using both.....which I understand since the wording is right there in B&W.

but the back of the coupon also states one per person, per customer, per family, per group, per everything else. so that would mean we shouldnt use more than one CZ coupon either which most stores allow.

I am requesting this thread be closed as it doesn't seem to matter whether things are clarified or not. People will continue to do whatever they want, which is very sad, as most of us only want to try and do what is correct.

Interesting point. I submit that any of us who are posting and elaborating on CZ, mfr coupons or Loblaws rules should take care to ensure that their/our own brags do not involve the use of more than one CZ coupon (i.e one per family) or misuse of any mfr coupon. The high standard we set for others is the same standard we should adhere to ourselves.
