Just wondering how to handle this. I was grocery shopping and normally watch like a hawk when my coupons are deducted as I normally hand them to the cashier with the products. This cashier held them all until the end and then input them. I was trying to keep my fussy baby happy and didn't notice until I had got home that there were 2 large amount coupons that were not refunded on my receipt, 1 being 4.00 on chicken wub taco kit and another for free shredded cheese wub a taco kit. That is 9.97 in total that I did not get refunded. I called the store and a customer service rep said I could come back anytime in the next seven days and explain to the customer service desk what had happened and that I can give her name and say she ok'd the refund. Problem is, how will they know I actually had coupons for these items, I mean it says the till number and the associates name on my receipt but I can't go back until tomorrow so Im sure the till and coupons will be emptied by then.
Thoughts? Im so mad that I didn't pay more attention, but theres no way in hell I'd ever pay 5.97 for a bag of cheese unless it was with a coupon.......I can get cheaper cheese elsewhere. If it were a couple dollars it wouldn't be a big deal but 10.00 is my gas money for my big grocery run tomorrow. This thread is currently associated with: N/A

You can ask them to go into the cashier's till or book to pull those two coupons since her count will be off anyway since she didn't add them to your bill.

I did the same thing about a month ago at WM. I decided to check my receipt because the total seemed too high. The cashier forgot to key in two FPC. I went right to customer service and they pulled them from her register and gave me a refund. I can't see the store giving you a hard time unless their customer service is really poor.
