I agree. Bad idea on their part. The expiry date is at the bottom end. I printed it using the "Best" setting on my printer and still needed a looking glass to see it. My wife was able to read it with her glasses on.

I also tried several different ways of printing it - grayscale, colour, using 'best' or not, it's the same. The fine print is not legible so stores will not accept it.

I contacted the manufacturer and am now waiting on an answer.

I just kept adjusting the settings available on my printer until the light background became darker. Not sure why it worked for me.

Used the printed version at No Frills in St.Catharines Thursday August 22nd. I wrote the Parlamat details and expiry at the bottom and included my name address and #. Brought my $1 store magnifying glass with me for the Cashier to see the details.: ) Supervisor said no problem. Also helps they recognize me as a weekly customer.
